David has experience of working closely with a number of owner-managed businesses during his years in Practice. He qualified in Brighton and worked for one of the "Big Four" prior to spending fourteen years in industry as a European Finance Director. David also spent fifteen years as a non-executive Director of Berkshire Health Authority. David is our Audit compliance partner and is well-versed in the reporting requirements of Charities.

Experience & Specialisms:

Sarah is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of practice experience specialising in financial accounting, corporate and personal tax. Sarah trained in the London office of one of the top 40 firms where she was involved in the audit and accounts preparation for small and medium sized businesses in a variety of industries. Sarah's experience also includes a one year secondment to the accounts department of a large manufacturing company where she was responsible for implementing accounting systems and for the preparation of monthly management reports.

Andrew has fourteen years of audit and advisory experience with owner managed businesses, educational charities and subsidiaries of foreign groups gained within large regional practices in the Thames Valley. Andrew aims to advise business owners on strategies for reaching their goals including the maximisation of income rather than focusing on historic data.

Richard has broad experience of working for both ‘Big Four’ and smaller practices, providing tax advice for individuals and companies. In his early career he specialised in the IT, communications and entertainment sector. In more recent years he has dealt with larger client accounts and tax advisory work across many business sectors. Richard has assisted clients in restructuring their companies for optimum tax savings, negotiating and selling their businesses (including HMRC clearances, Share and Goodwill Valuations) and in setting up Share Incentive Plans and Enterprise Management Initiatives.
